The community in which fraternal charity reigns will truly experience the presence of Christ, as He vivifies and enhances it with the gift of His Spirit. Then it will bear witness to God's all-embracing love, become a sign of universal brotherhood and a proof of the powerful influence exerted by the love, justice and peace the Gospel brings with it.
We seek to respond to Christ's call by combining the contemplative spirit with the active apostolate. As Carmelite brothers and priests, we serve the Church in various ministries. We staff three parishes, a retreat house, a house of prayer, an Institute of Spirituality, and a mission in Uganda, Africa. We are also involved in spiritual direction, hospital chaplaincy, prison ministry, and spiritual assistance to Carmelite Nuns and Carmelite Seculars.
